On the afternoon of 26th March, Junior High Section of the east campus convened the 2016 Mobilization Meeting for Parents regarding Senior High School Entrance Examination. This conference was first held in Anqing Foreign Language School’s Lecture Hall, after which it was convoked in separate classrooms.
In the first place, the mobilization report was proceeded by Principal Assistant& Junior High Director Ling Qian with the theme of’ Expand Consensus, Scientific Guidance, Hand in Glove, Realize the Goal in Entrance Examination for Secondary School’. Also, he introduced our school’s overall arrangements and recruitment policies.
In the second place, Principal Ling conducted exchanges with parents in regard to students’ methods in review& assignments for the exam. He hoped that parents would help students correctly acquaint themselves with Senior High School Entrance Examination, eliminate anxiety, earnestly make adequate preparations for the test, especially assist them in dealing well with the relationship of action vs. calmness.
In the third place, Principal Assistant Ling expected parents to better coordinate by means of pressure adaptability, accompany, service, encouragement, exchange, instructions, mental& physical health in addition to family issues. Afterwards, parents expressed one after another that they benefited a lot from Principal Assistant Ling’s speech, getting their ideas into shape concerning how to get ready for assistance.
Furthermore, during the subsequent mobilization meetings , chaired by head teachers from each class, teachers who tutor subjects for Entrance Examination for Secondary School addressed respectively in class. Head teachers prepared fully and analyzed the monthly examination in March, circumstances in each class as well as the way parents collaborate with teachers. In the meantime, teachers in charge of each discipline carried out sincere communication with parents, many of who surrounded head teachers after the mobilization meeting.
To conclude, with the upcoming Senior High School Entrance Examination, we firmly believe that Anqing Foreign Language School and parents shall reach consensus, cooperate wholeheartedly and apply scientific methods so as to create another victory in 2016 Senior High School Entrance Examination!
